King’s Arch has increased it’s emphasis on acquiring existing cash-flowing properties in Los Angeles with value-add upside potential, and aims to acquire up to fifty million dollars in the next two years. We will purchase vacant or otherwise distressed properties or the debt behind such assets.

Favored Structure

All cash or assumption of favorable financing.






Transaction Size

Up to  $30,000,000 with no minimum.

King’s Arch is capable of and committed to responsibly moving large transactions to a quick close.






Brokers

King’s Arch is strongly committed to the brokerage community and views all brokers as partners; we do whatever possible to ensure our partners complete all transactions with fair compensation.  That said, our partnerships extend above and beyond earned fees.  Our principals are committed to working side by side with our broker partners through the process, and protecting said partners in writing.  Bonuses are often paid to brokers who provide off market opportunities.
