Covid Update



Dear King’s Arch, Inc. Tenants, Clients and Vendors,

King’s Arch, Inc. is committed to the health and well-being of our tenants, vendors and employees. As the situation with the coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we will endeavor to mitigate the risks associated with the coronavirus through a focus on the following measures:

Enhanced Cleaning – Additional cleaning and sanitation services have been implemented throughout our  King’s Arch, Inc. properties including frequent disinfecting and sanitizing of commonly-touched surfaces. We also encourage tenants to increase the frequency and thoroughness of the cleaning and disinfecting of commonly-touched surfaces in their offices to limit the possible spread of germs.

Hygiene –  King’s Arch, Inc. employees and managers have been, and will continue to be, encouraged to practice proper hygiene consistent with tips provided by the CDC.

Resources –  King’s Arch, Inc. is striving to inform our employees to stay healthy and remain educated about any new developments related to the coronavirus and inform tenants of any viable information.

Adjusted Office Hours – There will be no interruption of service at  King’s Arch, Inc.

Maintenance Requests – Our property management team will be available to assist with any urgent maintenance requests, favoring life safety concerns over general maintenance. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
